Paul McBride
Chief Executive OfficerIn his role as the Clinical Care Medical Centers CEO, Paul is responsible for the oversight of the company’s growth and success and the Compliance Program. Paul is an executive with over 30 years of leadership in various healthcare settings. Prior to joining CCMC Paul held senior roles in four of the largest healthcare companies in the U.S., Aetna, Optum, Anthem, and Cigna. In his previous role, Paul served as a Special Advisor to Sun Capital / CCMC and has also been part of CCMC Board of Directors since September 2021.
Claudio Kapusta
Chief Financial OfficerResponsible for all the key components of the financial actions of the organization such as financial planning, expense management, accounting, compliance, financial reporting and supporting the CEO in ensuring the development and execution of strategies to create incremental shareholder value year over year.
Doug Johnson
Chief Operating OfficerIn his role as the Clinical Care Medical Centers COO, Doug is responsible for the oversight operations of the medical centers and business development. Doug is a professional in Sales & Marketing, Provider Network, Operations, and P&L management with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Doug previously served in key roles at Anthem, where he held the position of CEO for the Florida market and held leadership positions at IBM and Morgan Stanley.
José David Suárez, MD
Chief Medical OfficerIn his role as the Clinical Care Medical Centers CMO, Dr. JD Suárez is responsible for the training and education of Clinicians and clinical operations of the medical centers. Dr. JD Suárez main responsibility is to ensure CCMC patients are provided with medical care to enhance their quality of life. Dr. JD Suárez, journey in medicine is combined of 25+ years of medical expertise as a Board-Certified Primary Care Family Physician, with a successful career as a healthcare administrative executive. Dr. Suárez past roles include, Chief Medical Officer at Keralty Hospital, leadership at Accountable Care Medical Group, and serving as the former President of Dade County Medical Association.
Eric Santiago
Chief Technical OfficerIn his role as the Clinical Care Medical Centers CTO, Eric is responsible for the information technology infrastructure and the Cybersecurity Program. Eric has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology with an extensive background in the healthcare industry. Eric has held leadership roles in Primary Care settings such as Cano Heath, Workers Compensation, Aviation, HEICO Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Distribution.
Cristina Pinckney
Chief Human Resources OfficerIn her role as the Clinical Care Medical Centers CHRO, Cristina is responsible for staff recruiting, training & development, talent management, and compensation & benefits. Cristina has dedicated 25 years to HR leadership roles in healthcare companies, combining both medical practice and healthcare plans. Cristina past senior positions include working at IMC Health / CareMax, Simply Healthcare / Anthem, and SSC/Altegra Health (formally Change Healthcare).

Vice President of Strategy and OperationsIn his role as the Clinical Care Medical Centers VP of Strategy & Operations, Collin has over 14 years of expertise in change management across Healthcare, Operations, and Finance. Collin has held senior roles at Deloitte and AArete consulting, where he contributed to significant changes and improvements in various sectors.
